Our bagging systems are automates packaging by precisely measuring, filling, and sealing products (powders, granules, liquids) into bags, ranging from simple semi-automatic units to complex integrated lines with feeders (gravity, belt, auger), weighing scales, and conveyor systems for high throughput, accuracy, and reduced labor in industries like agriculture, food, and chemicals
Batching systems
Our batching system is a production method or an automated industrial process where ingredients or data-processing tasks are grouped into "batches" and processed together in a sequential manner, without constant user interaction for each individual step. The primary goal is to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the final output.
Online Checkweigher Systems
Our Range of online checkweigher system is an automated quality control machine integrated into a production line to measure the weight of every product in motion, ensuring each item falls within a specified weight range. Products outside the acceptable tolerance (underweight or overweight) are automatically rejected from the line.
Static Checkweigher systems
Our static checkweigher system is a manual weighing device used to verify that a product's weight falls within a predefined acceptable range (target weight, minimum, and maximum limits). Unlike dynamic checkweighers, which weigh products in motion on a production line, static systems require an operator to place the item on the scale platform for a measurement while the item is at rest.
